Very interesting

Hi Sergei and Olga,

Very interesting. I look forward to trying TaskScale.net.

I see there is an Android option? Or am I mistaken. I don’t use Android but I am wondering if you are planning an iOS version.

Also, in GTDNext we could email in tasks. Will that also be possible in TaskScale at some point?

Thanks for your hard work on this.

Peter

Hello Peter,

We are glad to see you in the new system!

We are planning to add iOS version in the nearest future.

Mail to inbox is already available.
You can send email to inbox@mail.taskscale.net from the email address you are registered with and it will get to Inbox.

Hello Sergio,

In GTDNext we had the option to create an email address to which you could send tasks from any email address, not just the one you are registered with. For example, I am registered with a personal address but I would forward work tasks from my work address to this address I could create. Will this be possible at some point in Taskscale?

Peter

Hello Peter,

Thank you for reporting the use case and the problem.
We have it in our backlog.

Thanks Sergio.

If I may, one more to perhaps add to the back log is the ability to force Next Actions. In GTD Next you could force a task to be a next action, even when it wasn’t the very next action on the list.

I completely agree!

@Sergio: Any update on when this might be implemented?

@Sergio: any update on this? TaskScale is getting better and better but this is one that I feel is very useful in GTDNext…

Thanks!

Hello!

There are a couple of features discussed in this thread. Which one are you talking about?

If it is about email to inbox, you can now send an email to any node of your outline.

Sorry Sergio - I was referring to Force Next.

Yes and being able to have multiple Next actions for a project/folder

Yes - that would be very helpful to me as well.

Got it.
Will be implemented soon.
