Hello,
I’m not sure if this is by design, but I’ve noticed recently that when I have multiple actions under a project and I set a start date on one action, the following action in the list gets marked as a Next Action.
My actions are always in sequential order but I may not be able to start the first action in the list until a set date - so I wouldn’t want the following action to be marked Next.
This behaviour doesn’t seem to occur with the Due Date field.
Hello,
The action with the future start date is not displayed in the Next Action list. It feels logical, that the action is not doable when it’s start date is in the future.
As a possible solution for your issue I can suggest that if the whole project has a start date in the future, actions from it do not appear in the Next Actions list.
Does it sound good?
Hi Sergio,
Sorry, I may not have been clear. I understand that actions with a start date in the future do not display in Next Actions, and I like that functionality.
But what I’m struggling with is that the action that appears immediately after the action with the future start date gets flagged as a Next Action, which I would not expect.
